What is "active customer" and how do you calculate it?
We define an active customer as a customer with at least one event (could be data event or mail event) during the billing period.
What happens if I go over my active customer limit?
If you are on a paid plan, nothing changes. We will charge you at the next billing cycle for the extra active customers. We charge $0.01 per active customer over the limit.
If you are on the free plan, we send you a limit warning at 80% and 90% utilisation. Once you hit limit, we notify you and stop receiving further events. Everything else will continue to work as normal.
