Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No, you do not. You only need one when you are ready to purchase a plan.

Can I try things out before paying?

Yes. We have a free plan that supports 1,000 active customers. Get started with that and only upgrade when ready.

What is "active customer" and how do you calculate it?

We define an active customer as a customer with at least one event (could be data event or mail event) during the billing period.

What payment methods do you support?

We support major debit and credit cards through Stripe, a leader in online payments.

What happens if I go over my active customer limit?

If you are on a paid plan, nothing changes. We will charge you at the next billing cycle for the extra active customers. We charge $0.01 per active customer over the limit.

If you are on the free plan, we send you a limit warning at 80% and 90% utilization. Once you hit the limit, we notify you and stop receiving further events. Everything else will continue to work as normal.

Do you issue refunds?

If for any reason you want a refund, please reach out to us [email protected] within 7 days of payment and we will issue a full refund.
