Introducing the Engage Facebook Ad Audience Integration
If you use Facebook and Instagram to run adverts for your business, you can now connect your Facebook ad account to Engage for running retargeting ads, brand awareness ads, and for creating lookalike audiences.
What this means for you
With our new Facebook integration, you can connect your customer segments on Engage to your Facebook ad account as a custom audience.
As customers are automatically added and removed from a segment on Engage, they are also added and removed from your Facebook custom audience.
For example, if you create the segment “Inactive customers” on Engage, Engage creates a custom audience on Facebook ads for the 'Inactive customers'. As customers are added to the segment, they are also added to the custom audience. You can then create unique ads that target this custom audience
Use cases
1. Run retargeting ads and brand awareness ads via Facebook and Instagram to target a customer segment on Engage.
2. Create lookalike audiences on Facebook and reach more people who share similar interests to the people in your unique customer segments on Engage
Getting started with the Facebook integration
Step one - Go to your integrations page on Engage and Connect your Facebook ad account
Step two - Confirm your Facebook profile
Step three - Select your Facebook page(s)
Step four - Give Engage permissions
Step five: Confirm your Facebook ad account integration
Step six - Create a unique customer segment and sync it with your Facebook ad audience
Take Action
It is now time for you to take action.
Head over to your Engage account, connect your Facebook Ad account, sync your customer segment to your Facebook Ad and start sending retargeting adverts to them via Facebook and Instagram ads.
